Custom Products
Please review your custom order to ensure it is correct before proceeding to purchase. It is important that you review the custom order because custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY BEFORE PROCEEDING TO PURCHASE.
Returns and Refunds
Custom products are created specifically as per your request, and as a result custom orders cannot be modified, cancelled or returned. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly.
Your satisfaction is important to us and we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email (including images of the defect/damage) to hello@inspiredprose.store for help with a defective product.
Digital products which are downloadable, such as printables, or delivered via the Internet, such as editable templates, are not generally not eligible for return or refund.
If you decide our product is not for you and you have not downloaded the product, we are happy to review your refund request. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
